Founded in 1983, Bachelor Controls has survived
and thrived in a very competitive industry. Much of this success can
be attributed to BCI's dedication to quality, ethics and strong leadership
from its management team.
Ray Bachelor, PE
President
Ray's vision and entrepreneurship built the company
from its beginnings as a control panel assembly supplier into the
high-technology systems integration firm it is today. A licensed
professional engineer, Ray earned his B.S. Mechanical Engineering
from West Virginia Institute of Technology. He has worked in the
power generation industry as a start up engineer, the air handling
industry, pneumatic conveying and dust control industries, and finally
in the control industry as a systems integrator. Ray also managed
a 186-man maintenance facility in 1970 and 1971 while on active
duty with the U.S. Army.
Ray is a visible figure in the systems integration
industry and fills leadership and advisory roles on numerous boards
and committees, including the CSIA
Executive Council and the Rockwell
Automation Solution Provider Program.

accounting functions, financial management strategies and tax management
issues.
Dennis Goodman
Board of Directors
Dennis joined BCI shortly after its inception
and holds the distinction of being the longest-tenured employee
in the company. His depth of experience and industry knowledge made
him the perfect choice to manage our engineering, production and
programming departments for many of his years at BCI. In 2007, Dennis
stepped back from the day-to-day operations at the company and took
on a consulting role as a member of the BCI Board of Directors.
