Set alerts for everything from routine maintenance
and inspection task reminders to notification of the end of a component’s
anticipated useful life, and extend the life of your capital investments:
- input all the wear components into this database
(whether currently in use or not)
- monitor and log history of items
- inventory a virtually unlimited number of components
- select the most appropriate units to measure
the life of the specific component
- specify the trigger value for alerting maintenance
or scheduling that component out of service
- anticipate component remaining life prior to
extended production runs by compare anticipated life of components
against projected duration and wear of an extended production run...then
take appropriate action to avoid surprise outages and downtime
