Bin Configuration and Setup Made Easy
Input dimensions and store parameters for up to 19 Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) sizes. Operators simply select the appropriate IBC for each run, ensuring the recipe/formula runs with proper clearances, leveling cycles and offset angles. Setting specific heights is even easier with the built-in “learn” command. Manually jog the lift to the appropriate height and then click the “Learn” button to save that height in the IBC settings.

Recipe Management and Data Logging for Reporting
Capture the parameters of nearly 100 of your best recipes and save them to the recipe database. Then, pick a recipe from a list and load it for another consistent, successful run. At the end of each batch, pertinent data is temporarily displayed on-screen and permanently stored in the MSDE database and available for report generation.
